We offer modern event spaces perfect for both intimate gatherings and grand occasions. With room for up to 200 guests in a private setting, we create a unique atmosphere just for you and your guests. Smaller gatherings are also warmly welcomed—there’s space for everyone.
Greet your guests with a welcome drink in our elegant lounge or under the open sky on the terrace if the weather allows. We’re happy to start the festivities with a champagne sabering for a spectacular touch.

Are you about to plan a confirmation, wedding, round birthday, or company party? And is the event to be held in Billund? Hotel Svanen offers the perfect setting for both small and large events. Our splendid event rooms can accommodate many guests – up to 200 people.
We tailor both the menu and the event to suit your wishes. However, we have also put together different party packages to make the planning easy and convenient for you.
You can also have food delivered to your location, so you can enjoy fine dining in your own surroundings.

Event menus
For events under 15 guests, a room rental fee of 1500 DKK applies if you wish to sit in your own room. No room rental fee is charged for a memorial service. On public holidays, an additional service fee of 50 DKK per person is charged to cover the holiday supplement for our staff.
