Restaurant in Billund offers new taste experiences
At Restaurant NO|8 in Billund, you are greeted by smiling waiters who immediately make you feel at home. The experienced chefs ensure that every bite is an experience that awakens all the senses. From the tempting aromas from the kitchen, the colors on the plate, to the explosion of flavors in your mouth – every bite makes you forget time and place.
Do you prefer a simple, yet delicious evening menu? Our à la carte menu is filled with flavorful dishes that hit the mark every time.
After a long day of meetings or experiences at Billund’s many attractions, you can sit back and relax in our cozy bar. Enjoy a good glass of wine, a refreshing cocktail, or an organic juice from Bie’s Bryghus.
Just take a seat at the bar, and we’ll be there.
Due to staff shortage during the holiday period, we are unfortunately forced to close the restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays in weeks 28, 29, 30 and 31.
We therefore refer you to the many wonderful restaurants in Billund city, Legoland and Lalandia, which we hope you will support, on Saturdays and Sundays during those weeks.
The restaurant is open as usual from Monday to Friday during this period.
The breakfast restaurant is open every day from 05:00am – 10:30am.

Hotel Svanen tempts with inviting lunch dishes from the classic kitchen. The menu changes regularly but typically varies between impressive “stjerneskud” with hand-peeled shrimp, a classic burger with dry-aged beef steak, or pasta dishes such as Swan’s signature pasta with a variety of mushrooms, cream sauce, and herbs.
