2. Payment
All product purchases on www.hotelsvanen.dk can be paid with MobilePay and credit cards. We accept Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.
Hotel Svanen uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
3. Ordering
You can order gift cards and purchase products on www.hotelsvanen.dk. By placing an order and paying the confirmed price, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
4. Delivery/Delay
Products purchased on www.hotelsvanen.dk are delivered with Postnord. The delivery time is 3-4 working days. The company has the right to extend the delivery deadline by up to 10 working days.
If the delay is due to circumstances that can be classified as force majeure, meaning circumstances in this country or abroad that are beyond the company’s control, the delivery time will be extended for as long as the hindrance has lasted.
5. Shipping Costs
All products ordered on www.hotelsvanen.dk are delivered at the current shipping prices, including VAT.
6. Return
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Packages sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
7. Refund
If an agreement on a refund has been made, please kindly provide your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
8. Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy is provided for products purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The notification must be sent via email to billund@hotelsvanen.dk. In the notification, please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
