Our goal is to provide our guests with a sublime experience – whether you are on a multiple-day stay or just passing through. You will encounter an atmospheric hotel in stylish surroundings that will make you want to return. With warm and personal service as a top priority, we will do our best to ensure it is a positive and delightful experience.
A good tip!
Always provide a phone number and email address when booking stays/rooms and use the check-in – as well as the payment link sent before arrival, to ease the procedure upon arrival.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM
- Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM
- Late check-out: Please ask at the reception on the day if it is possible to check out later than 11:00 AM
The fee is as follows: DKK 100 per hour after 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM, after which a full day charge will apply - Breakfast buffet every day of the week between 5:00 AM – 10:30 AM in July (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays 5:00 AM – 10:30 AM)

- The kitchen is open every day from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Sunday from 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM)

Wine Hour
When you book a stay directly with us, either by phone booking or through our website, we will treat you to a glass of delicious wine.
The wine is served and enjoyed in the lounge, as a prelude to your dinner. Choose between a glass of chilled white wine, a glass of lovely red wine, or a beer every day during Wine Hour between 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Get your Wine Hour voucher at the reception upon arrival.
NOTE! No closing days during Christmas 2025
We are open every day, but with adjusted opening hours at the reception and in the restaurant:
On December 24th, 25th and 31st, as well as January 1st, the reception is open from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and the restaurant is closed on these days. However, it will still be possible to buy drinks at the bar during reception opening hours.
On all other days, both the reception and the restaurant are open as normal.
The breakfast buffet on all mornings between Christmas and New Year is open as usual from 5:00 AM to 10:00/10:30 AM, except on December 25th and January 1st, when breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
If you have booked a room with arrival on December 24th, 25th, 31st and/or January 1st and plan to arrive at the hotel later than 3:00 PM, please make an arrangement with the reception in advance.

Charging your electric car
Hotel Svanen offers charging stations for guests arriving in their electric cars. In collaboration with EON, one of the world’s leading providers of electric vehicle charging services, we have installed six modern and efficient charging stations designed to provide safe, fast, and reliable charging for all types of electric cars.
With this new facility, our guests can easily and conveniently charge their vehicles during their stay.
The charging stations are centrally located and easily accessible, so you can easily connect your car and charge it while enjoying the hotel’s facilities.
Children at the hotel
Children are our most important guests!
When the children are happy, the parents are happier, and time can feel long if the parents are enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of coffee after a long day.
During periods when we expect many children at the hotel, we have a playroom with drawing materials, games, etc., located close to the restaurant. This makes it easy for you to keep an eye on the children.
Of course, you are also welcome to bring along some of the toys your children love the most, ensuring they stay happy.
