Day Meetings
Hold your next day meeting in beautiful, bright rooms.
At Hotel Svanen, we are happy to take care of your next day meeting between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The modern meeting rooms, professional service, and inviting catering are a perfect match for hosting effective day meetings.
We ensure that the participants are well taken care of throughout the day.
You’ll be welcomed with freshly baked morning bread, butter, 2 types of cheese, homemade jams, various cold cuts, and juice.
Throughout the day, we’ll keep you refreshed with freshly brewed coffee, tea, ice water, fresh fruit, and healthy snacks.
Sit down for a lunch platter with hot and cold dishes – or 3 pieces of unspecified, open-faced sandwiches – including 1 beer or water.
Of course, there will be homemade afternoon cake when the minds start to get tired.

Here, you’ll find modern meeting rooms and excellent catering to keep energy levels high from morning to evening.
We take care of everything:
- Freshly baked breakfast bread, butter, 2 types of cheese, homemade marmalades, assorted cold cuts, juice
- Buffet with coffee, tea, ice water, fresh fruit, and healthy snacks throughout the day until 17:00
- Lunch platter with warm and cold dishes or 3 unspecified, high-quality open-faced sandwiches, including 1 beer or soft drink
- Homemade afternoon cake
- Dinner with 2 courses, coffee, and tea with homemade chocolates
Price per guest: DKK 995,- incl. venue rental.
You can, of course, upgrade to a delicious 3-course menu for DKK 125,-
More than 20 participants? Then we offer a lunch buffet with hot and cold dishes.

The rooms are modern, bright, and have excellent acoustics. Of course, there is WiFi, a whiteboard, a flipchart, and a projector with a screen. In other words, our meeting rooms are designed with all the equipment you need to present and facilitate in the best possible way.
We will naturally take great care of your employees, guests, or clients. The conference could, for example, begin with breakfast, a lunch buffet in the middle of the day, cake and coffee in the afternoon, and a 2-course dinner in the evening.
However, we are happy to tailor an arrangement to your specific needs.
If conference guests are coming from afar, there are great opportunities to book accommodation in our comfortable rooms. They are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a peaceful atmosphere to relax after a long day.
